Reports in RMC, Barcelona have been dealt with a huge blow in their pursuit for Neymar as their offer for the Brazilian have been turned down by Paris Saint-Germain.
The Blaugranas feel a bit disheartened by the latest rejection from the Ligue 1 champions, and their optimism about signing the Brazil international has been dealt a blow.
RMC have reported that Barcelona made a bid of 150 million euros, Ousmane Dembele and Ivan Rakitic, which was turned down. Dembele still wants to stay at the Camp Nou, but his name won’t seem to leave the discussions between the clubs.
According to RMC, though, PSG won’t accept anything other than 220 million euros, the amount they spent on the player two years ago. The Parisians don’t believe there’s enough time left for them to reach agreements with Dembele and Rakitic and, as things stand, Neymar looks as though he could well stay in Paris.
However, the window remains open until Monday, meaning there is still some time left for more twists and turns with Real Madrid and Juventus also interested in the Brazil forward.
